Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Miikana. We hope you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email info@miikana.nl within 14 days of receiving your order, stating the reason for your return. You will then receive the return instructions.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and without a tracking number, we unfortunately cannot process or refund lost returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days and returned via your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Gift cards

• Sale items

• Unique, custom-made products

Workshops & Retreats

Tickets for workshops and retreats are subject to a separate cancellation policy. The terms are as follows:

• Cancellations up to 30 days before the start: full refund

• Cancellations between 30 and 14 days before the start: 50% refund

• Cancellations less than 14 days before the start: no refund

If you need to cancel or reschedule your participation, please contact us as soon as possible via info@miikana.nl.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@miikana.nl with the reason for the exchange. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution.
